Medication Refund & Return Policy

At TOM Weight Loss, we stand behind the quality of our medical weight loss programs. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a limited refund policy for medication purchases as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a full refund for medications purchased through our site under the following strict conditions:
- Timeframe: The refund request must be initiated within thirty (30) days of the original order date.
- Condition: The medication must be unopened, unexpired, and in its original, sealed manufacturer or pharmacy packaging.
- Integrity: Any medication that shows signs of tampering, broken seals, or has been stored outside of recommended temperature ranges (where applicable) is ineligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Medications that have been opened or had the safety seal broken.
- Prescriptions that are within 30 days of their expiration date at the time of the return request.
- Clinical consultation fees, lab work, or administrative shipping fees already processed.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return and refund:
- Contact Support: Email us at [email protected] with your name, date of birth, and reason for return.
- Authorization: If eligible, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to safely ship the medication back to our facility.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, our medical staff will inspect the package. If it meets the "unopened and untampered" criteria, a refund will be processed.
- Disposal: Per Texas state law and safety regulations, all returned medications will be safely destroyed and will not be re-dispensed to other patients.
4. Refund Issuance
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
