Dr. Tran Le, board-certified obesity medicine physician

One doctor, the whole cycle

Dr. Le manages your treatment from day 1. You see the same doctor at every stage, and you can message her any time in the portal. Check-ins are optional and give you time to talk through how you feel and what comes next. No office visits are required.

Stage 1. Getting started

You start with one complimentary introductory visit with Dr. Le, a short online intake, and a physician review.

What happens: You complete a secure 5 to 10 minute intake about your history, medications, and goals. Dr. Le reviews it and decides whether treatment is right for you. If it is, she recommends the medication and starting dose, and a licensed pharmacy ships it to your door.

What Dr. Le does: She reviews your health history and recommends treatment built around you.

What you do: Complete the intake and tell her about your goals and any concerns. Already taking a GLP-1? See the section below.

Stage 2. Dose changes

Dr. Le adjusts your dose as your body changes.

What happens: Your dose is not fixed. Dr. Le reviews how you are doing and adjusts it over time. Dose changes are included in your all-inclusive membership.

What Dr. Le does: She decides each dose change with you, based on your progress and how you feel. There is no fixed schedule.

What you do: Tell her how you feel after each change. Message her in the portal any time, or use a check-in.

Stage 3. Side-effect help

Dr. Le helps you manage side effects.

What happens: Common side effects include nausea, heartburn, constipation, reduced appetite, and digestive changes. These typically improve as your body adjusts.

What Dr. Le does: She helps you manage side effects. She can adjust your dose, pause treatment, or change your plan if side effects make treatment difficult. Dr. Le can also prescribe medications for side effects at no additional cost.

What you do: Message Dr. Le in the portal as soon as something feels wrong. You do not have to wait for a check-in.

Stage 4. Plateaus

A slower stretch is something Dr. Le reviews with you, not something you face alone.

What happens: Progress changes over time, and plateaus are a normal part of treatment.

What Dr. Le does: She reviews all aspects of your treatment with you and decides together whether your plan needs to change.

What you do: Bring it up at a check-in or in a portal message.

Stage 5. Maintenance

Obesity is a chronic condition, and many patients benefit from long-term treatment.

What happens: Your plan is always reassessed and adjusted based on your progress and goals. Maintenance may be a set low dose, a higher dose, or adjusted doses.

What Dr. Le does: She stays your doctor after you reach your goals. She can change the dose or the time between injections. She can also help you build a diet and exercise plan to maintain results.

What you do: Keep your check-ins and keep talking with her about how you feel and what you want next.

Stage 6. Tapering

If you and Dr. Le decide to taper, she guides you through it.

What happens: You never have to stop on your own. Dr. Le individualizes tapering for each patient.

What Dr. Le does: She decides with you when tapering is right and how to do it. Follow-up after tapering is standard.

What you do: Tell Dr. Le if you are thinking about stopping or reducing your medication.

Already on a GLP-1?

The process is very similar. You complete the same short intake, and Dr. Le reviews your history. She then recommends one of three paths: continue at your current dose, lower your dose, or raise your dose.
